I must say that sometimes there is no other way to describe my profession, but joy. I was privileged enough to work with the very talented interior designer, Sivan Livne Hakim. Sivan has been working as an interior designer for several years and is specialized in private homes. Her design aesthetic is very elegant, colorful and unique. Her playful use of color blocking, combined with slick modern pieces drew me to her immediately. Similar to branding, interior design it is a process of learning, understanding, creating and fulfilling a vision.

We connected from the first meeting. We are both designers, we both love what we do and we both try to bring our personality into every project.

For Sivan, every project is an intimate process in which she devotes her abilities to do her magic and make the customer's 'dream home' a reality.

We were looking for a visual identity that would represent her - The curly haired fairy who dreams at night about breaking walls. The passionate artist who doodles and sketches and changes peoples life’s with 'Autocad'. The loving mother who fills up the world with color. Sivan Livne Hakim.
 

After a bit of back and forth we finally agreed on the logo you can see in the photos below. The round abstract form is inspired from Scandinavian design. It has clean and soft modern lines and a fresh feel. The choice of color was made after Sivan told me if she had to be a color it would be pastel blue. The logo symbolizes a cloud on the one hand – the client’s undefined dream, and on the other a home - the dream turned into reality. Or as Sivan´s son, Noam (4) very adequately put it – “this picture of a house is very special because it also has a cloud in it”.
 

To support and enrich the visual system I created a set of icons which incorporate elements from interior design such as a frame, painting brush and tape measure. This was the last piece needed to complete Sivan's visual identify and enable her to promote her brand with her exquisite work and a matching visual system.
